1. Description of Service

OWAMBE is an event management platform that facilitates the planning and execution of social, cultural, corporate, educational, musical, fund-raising, religious, sports, tech and government events. The App connects event hosts, guests, and vendors, offering features such as event location mapping, RSVPs, QR-Code access, contact-based invitations, event albums, and vendor directories.

2. User Accounts

• Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use OWAMBE.
• Account Types Users register to perform single or multiple roles as Event Hosts, Co-Hosts, Guests, or Vendors.
• Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. App Features and User Conduct

When using OWAMBE features (including Broadcast Messages, Event Albums, and Presenter Profiles), you agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Upload offensive, defamatory, or explicit content to the Event Album or Presenter Profiles.
• Misuse the "Invite Guests" or "Broadcast Message" features to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or harassing messages.
• Falsify event details or misuse the "Classify/Declassify Event" feature.

4. Vendor Registration and Services

• Vendors may register to display their services on OWAMBE.
• EventTech Studio Limited acts only as an intermediary connecting hosts and vendors. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of vendor services. Any agreements or transactions are strictly between the user and the vendor.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding user-generated content like event photos or vendor profiles) are owned by EventTech Studio Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, particularly regarding abusive behaviour or spamming via our invitation or broadcast features.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventTech Studio Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, the failure of an event, disputes with vendors, or unauthorized access to your account.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
